Updated: Amon, Prince of the Stationery Cupboard. Airbrush, digital.
Work in progress: Amon, Lord of Office Supplies
Glasya Labolas, Lord of Panes and Portals. Another of the demoted demon lords from the Jobs and Monsters zine.
Some trial images for a self-set editorial from the short New Scientist article ‘Charting the Brain’, followed by an altered final design (though possibly not final image). It’s about finally being able to explore connections in the brain effectively with new technologies.
A figure for an editorial piece I’m trying from a recent issue of New Scientist. All about the connectivity of different brain regions. Complex, oh yeah. Please ignore the gam hands, they will a) be changed and b) look better when interacting with the other shizz in the image, so bear with me. It’s airbrushed, and the picking out is done with chinagraph pencil.
Bael, Grand Duke of Rodenticide, image trial for the Jobs and Monsters zine. Pre-text. Stencils & airbrush.
Another tester image for the zine I’m working on. All will be revealed in good time.
The Fox of Getting Caught in the Act
Every time I come home I forget what the hardboard on my floor looks like from back at foundation when I used to attack sketchbooks with inky acrylics and an airbrush. Thank goodness I never had carpet! I might have to rescue these before we move, in case I want a studio floor in future.
